Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed by hand within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 flat rate, estimated 3-5 business days from the date of shipment
- Free Shipping: automatically applied on orders of $50 or more
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Since we ship from Hawaii, some destinations — particularly Alaska, other U.S. territories, and rural areas — may experience longer transit times than the estimate above.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands, but if your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, reach out to us at fitisgoodteam@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, though we'll do our best to help if you catch the mistake before your order ships.
